RAYCHEM NGC-30 and RAYCHEM NGC-40 are electronic control, monitoring and power distribution systems for heat-tracing used in process-temperature maintenance and freeze-protection applications. These systems along with single circuit (Elexant 4010i), dual circuit (920) and multi-circuit (Elexant 4020i) controllers make up the new On Demand Stock Panels Program in North America. The On Demand Stock Panels Program allows customers to purchase RAYCHEM’s most standard control & monitoring offerings for rapid delivery, thus significantly speeding up the ordering process for customers.

What is the On Demand Stock Panel Program?

The On Demand Stock Panel Program is a new program that was launched in the Fall of 2024 where RAYCHEM stocks standard panel configurations built with quality components including premium RAYCHEM controllers for use in hazardous and nonhazardous areas with North American approvals. These standard panel configurations come with a fixed bill of materials to speed up ordering and come ready to ship. Many of the configurations also have C1D2 rated circuit breakers and Type 4X stainless steel enclosures.

Inventory includes both NGC-30 and NGC-40 panels and high volume single and dual circuit controllers like the Elexant 4010i, Elexant 4020i and 920 previously mentioned.
