Tracer Life Cycle Services include the Adaptive Services Program (ASP). This is an annual program providing customers access to a fixed menu of token-based service offerings performed by dedicated skilled experts, including On-site, Virtual, Training, Engineering, and Priority Response. Services are ordered and tracked through a site-specific customer portal, unique to a customer’s individual serviceable site, supplying access to customer site documents, drawings and deliverables, tailored and assigned to a customer’s serviceable site hierarchy.
When we look at the phases of a life cycle for EHT critical assets, ASP really plays a critical role during the operate and maintain phases.
There are currently 9 on site services to choose from and 10 virtual services to choose from.
The ASP Customer Portal makes it easy for customers to order services with only a few clicks, anytime and anywhere. Once services are rendered and the work is complete, any documentation related to the service is uploaded to the secure portal for future reference. ASP makes it possible to easily book EHT related services for both commercial and industrial sites at a customer’s fingertips. Services are performed and actioned by dedicated IIoT Field Engineers and our Tracer Field Support Services Team.
