Introducing the Raychem Elexant 7300i: A New  Dual-Circuit Heat Tracing Controller

RAYCHEM-3D-N10237-Elexant7300iEnclosureNAM2RightHomeScreen-EN-2609 (1)As industrial facilities continue to modernize their heat tracing infrastructure, the need for smarter, more intuitive, and future-ready control solutions has never been greater. Introducing the Raychem Elexant 7300i, Chemelex's next-generation controller for electric heat tracing control and monitoring.

The Elexant 7300i dual circuit controller combines the proven Raychem 920 functionality users expect with a modern graphical user interface that enhances usability, simplifies commissioning, and improves operational visibility.

The Elexant 7300i is initially available in two variants:

  • ST1 – Single-phase configuration
  • ST3 – Three-phase configuration

These models are compatible drop-in replacements for the Raychem 920 where no traced-circuit redesigns are required. This streamlined transition minimizes downtime, reduces engineering effort, and simplifies modernization projects. You simply remove the 920 module in its current enclosure as a whole and replace it with the new Elexant 7300i.
